I have to tell you that my stock here at work goes up every time I use Adcom for a shipment such as the one last week. My boss thinks I can perform feats of magic.
When there's a crisis - a computer needs to be in Colorado tonight, a projector needs to be retrieved from a location far outside any sales territory, or a trade show venue has only a 2-hour window in which to accept shipments - I call Adcom. No matter what my complicated request, the calm response of your people at the other end of the line is "Not a problem."
We sometimes ship items that are critical to the recipient hospitals or surgery centers and may be downright irreplaceable. Adcom is the only shipper I trust to get those items to their correct destination, on time, and in perfect condition. Once I've called Adcom for a pickup, I can move that "to do" to "done" and never have to give it another thought.
