Adcom has been able to help us ship our technology equipment to all destinations with reliable delivery and with no damage to the freight. We ship all sorts of equipment, such as laptops, desktops, printers, routers, switches and many types of servers. The servers we ship range from Compaq 1800R to fully loaded Hewlett Packard 9000K Unix servers.
Adcom also has helped us with returning our used leased equipment back to the leasing company. We usually fill up a semi-truck with old desktops, monitors and laptops, then Adcom will deliver this equipment straight to the leasing company. This has saved us a great amount of time in packaging, plus we have experienced less damage in returning the equipment this way.
Adcom seems to be able to create solutions to help solve all of our technology shipping issues. The manager of the Minneapolis office is a constant provider of detailed customer service to us.
