In the instance you are doing business directly with an independent operator who is doing business under the Adcom Worldwide name, and billing this independent directly for these services , you can look ONLY to the independent operator and not to Adcom to satisfy any obligation created in connection with these business dealings.
The independent operator has no authority to bind Adcom to pay any debt or obligation to perform any service.
In the absence of a signed, written agreement from Adcom Express or Adcom Worldwide Corporate Offices, expressing its agreement to assume or undertake responsibility for a debt or obligation, Adcom does not have such responsibility.
